The Fulton County Housing Authority administers a Public Housing Low Rent Program and a Section 8 Voucher Program. Rent is based upon your income.
We have a family development, Oaklawn Apts., consisting of 80 units. There are two, three and four-bedroom units.
We have two hi-rises for elderly and disabled persons. The Longview Hi-Rise has 107 units consisting of one and two-bedroom units. The Maple Manor Hi-Rise has 97 one-bedroom units.
Our Section 8 Voucher Program provides rental assistance to eligible individuals.
An office is located at each development for your convenience. Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday.
