Overview

Bridgeway group homes offer a wide variety of opportunities for people to increase their independence.

A dedicated and well trained staff assists residents s the learn cooking, shopping, money management and other independent living skills. Choice is an important ingredient in all activities.

Admission Criteria

Must be 18 years old
Must be developmentally disabled or have a related condition
Must require an array of services in a supervised setting
Must agree (self or guardian) to participate in services developed with the treatment team.
Must be approved for services by the Illinois Department of Human Services.
Some facilities require HUD eligibility

Accreditation and Licensing

Bridgeway has been accredited by CARF (Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation facilities) for many years. Bridgeway is also licensed by the Illinois Department of Human Services to provide residential services.
